The standout of our visit was the Brisket Quesabirria Tacos, an inventive and scrumptious dish that perfectly married the tenderness of well-cooked brisket with the rich, cheesy delight of quesabirria. Each taco was packed with juicy, flavorful meat, encased in a crispy and lightly charred tortilla that held up well under the ample filling. A side of consommé for dipping added a robust, savory depth, enhancing the overall eating experience.

My father opted for the Philly Cheese Brisket, which proved to be a hit as well. This dish was a clever barbecue spin on the classic Philly cheesesteak, combining succulent sliced brisket with melted cheese, all sandwiched between a fresh, soft roll. The brisket was exceptionally tender, and the cheese was perfectly melted, creating a mouthwatering mix of flavors and textures that was both comforting and satisfying.
